Terms & Conditions for the Radley Win Your Order Back Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) and
Bounce Back Voucher (the “Promotion”)
1. Introduction
a) The Prize Draw and Promotion are organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.
b) By entering this Prize Draw and participating in the Promotion you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
c) The Prize Draw starts at store opening on 17th February 2025 and ends at store closing on 23rd February 2025 in the Participating Stores (“Prize Draw Period”).
2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?
a) Participants must be:
i. residents of the United Kingdom;
ii. have a postal address in the United Kingdom; and
iii. be aged 18 or over.
b) The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
c) By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
3. How does the Prize Draw work?
a) To enter the Prize Draw, participants must:
· make a purchase in one of the Participating Stores during the Prize Draw Period (“Qualifying Purchase”); and
· complete the Prize Draw entry form (“Form”), with their full name and email address at the point of purchase,
(together an “Entry”).
b) A Qualifying Purchase may include more than one item.
c) The Prize Draw is available at the following Radley stores:

d) The Prize Draw is not available at any Radley stores not listed above, any Radley concessions in third-party department stores, in any other Radley stockists or online.
e) Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Multiple Entries are not permitted. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry.
f) Forms will be made available to participants at the checkout of the Participating Stores at the point of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, only completed Forms will constitute a valid Entry.
g) All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
· Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
· any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
h) In the event a participant returns their Qualifying Purchase, they will automatically be withdrawn from the Prize Draw. If the Qualifying Purchase contains more than one item, and the participant returns one or more of those items, the value of the Qualifying Purchase will be adjusted to remove the returned items for the purposes of assessing the value of the Prize.
i) On 24th February 2025, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.
j) The winner will be notified on 25th February 2025 via the email that they supplied as part of the Entry (the “Notification”).
k) In order to receive their Prize, the winner will need to acknowledge receipt of the Notification and provide Radley with the information requested in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification, within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to follow the instructions in the Notification within seven (7) days will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.
l) The winner will need to collect their Prize from the Participating Store where they made their Qualifying Purchase and entered the Prize Draw within 30 days of the date they provide Radley with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(k)).
m) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of purchase and identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.
n) If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. What is the Prize?
a) There will be one (1) winner in total.
b) The winner will receive the cost of their Qualifying Purchase back (the “Prize”), up to a maximum value of £500. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event a participant’s Qualifying Purchase exceeds £500, the winner will only receive £500.
c) The Prize will be refunded to the same payment method used by the winner to make the Qualifying Purchase (e.g. by cash, debit card, credit card etc.).
d) Any other expense outside of those specified in the Prize details will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
e) The Prize is redeemable at the Participating Store where the winner made their Qualifying Purchase and entered the Prize Draw only. In order to collect their Prize, the winner must:
i. notify the Participating Store in advance of their visit; and
ii. provide a form of photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence, to staff before redeeming their Prize.
f) The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
5. Bounce Back Voucher Promotion
a) Any customer who submits a valid Entry to the Prize Draw will receive one (1) voucher in accordance with these Terms ( “Voucher”).
b) The Voucher can only be redeemed once at Participating Stores or online at www.radley.co.uk between 1st March 2025 and 31st March 2025 ( “Promotional Period”).
c) The Voucher entitles the user to a discount of £20 off all full-priced Radley products, excluding picture bags, sale items or promotional items, when the user spends over £100 in one transaction.
d) The Voucher is not redeemable at any other Radley stores, any Radley concessions in third-party department stores, or in any other Radley stockists not listed above.
e) The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, promotion, or discount code, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
f) The Voucher will be sent to the email address used to enter the Prize Draw.
g) To redeem the Voucher:
· In-store: you must show the email Voucher to a member of staff at the time of purchase; and
· Online: you must enter the Voucher code at checkout, at the time of purchase.
h) Photocopies of the Voucher will not be accepted.
i) The Voucher must be applied at the time of purchase. Radley will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged Vouchers.
6. General
a) Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw and the Promotion, and to withdraw the Prize Draw and the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize and the Promotion in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
b) Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw and this Promotion.
c) If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
d) Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/).
e) The Prize Draw winner’s surname and county will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
f) The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw and the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
g) Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw/Promotion page at www.radley.co.uk.
h) With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of participating in the Promotion, entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.
i) The Prize Draw and Promotion are run by Radley. Any complaint about the Prize Draw or the Promotion should be directed to Radley.

k) These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
