TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE RADLEY LONDON WIMBLEDON GUERRILLA COMPETITION (THE “PROMOTION”)
1. Introduction
a. The Promotion is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.
b. By entering this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
c. The Promotion will run from 10:00 BST until 18:00 BST on 11 July 2024, or until stocks last (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Who can enter the Promotion?
a. Participants must be aged 16 or over and a resident in the UK with a UK postal address.
b. This Promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Promotion, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
c. By entering the Promotion, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
3. How does the Promotion work?
a. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion and entry is free. To enter the Promotion, participants must:
i. find one of the twenty (20) Radley tennis balls (each a “Tennis Ball”) placed in each Location (as defined in 3(b) below); and
ii. take the Tennis Ball to a member of staff at the corresponding Participating Store during the Promotion Period to redeem their Prize
(together an “Entry”).
b. The Promotion is available at the following Locations:
i. Covent Garden, London; and
ii. Designer Outlet, Ashford
(each a “Location”).
c. For Tennis Balls hidden in Covent Garden, Prizes are redeemable at Radley Floral Street (37 Floral St, London WC2E 9DJ) and for Tennis Balls hidden in Designer Outlet, Ashford, Prizes are redeemable at Radley Ashford (Unit 42, McArthur Glen Outlet Village, Kimberly Way, Ashford. TN24 0SD) (each a “Participating Store”).
d. Participants can only enter the Promotion once. If a participant submits multiple Entries, only the first Entry will be accepted in the Promotion. If a submission fails to satisfy any or all requirements of an Entry, it will not be counted as a valid Entry and will be void.
e. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Promotion Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
i. Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
ii. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a Prize.
f. The winners will be the entrants who manage to find a Tennis Ball and get it to a member of staff at the corresponding Participating Store within the Promotion Period.
g. The winner will be informed of their Prize by a representative of Radley at the Participating Store (the “Notification”).
h. The Prize can only be redeemed in the Participating Store and must be redeemed at the same time as the Notification.
i. If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.
j. Participants will be informed when all available Prizes have been claimed for each Promotion Area via Radley’s Instagram Stories (www.instagram.com/radleylondon).
4. Prize
a. There are twenty Prizes (20) available at each Location, and forty (40) Prizes available in total. Twenty (20) winners will be selected at each Location, one Prize per winner.
b. Each Tennis Ball will have a colour-coded sticker, and the colour-coded sticker will correspond to one of the Prizes as follows:
i. a pink sticker will entitle the winner to a handbag under £200;
ii. a blue sticker will entitle the winner to a tote bag under £30;
iii. a purple sticker will entitle the winner to a purse under £70; and
iv. a green sticker will entitle the winner to an accessory up to £30
(each a “Prize”).
c. There will be five (5) of each colour-coded Tennis Ball, and therefore five (5) of each Prize, available at each Location.
d. The Prize cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any discount, offer or promotion.
e. The Prizes are subject to availability.
f. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. The Prize is for personal use only and not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a Prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
5. General
a. Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Promotion, to withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
b. The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
c. The winner’s surname and geographic location will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
d. If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
e. Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use it in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/).
f. Participants are encouraged to read these Terms in conjunction with Radley’s online terms and conditions at www.radley.co.uk.
g. The Prize may become unavailable due to events outside of Radley’s control. In such an event, Radley will endeavour to provide a substitution for the Prize.
h. Radley is not responsible for any costs associated with the Prize that are not included in these terms.
i. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of entering the Promotion, accepting or using the Prize.

These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
