Terms and Conditions for the Gift with Purchase Promotion –
Easter Personalisation

· Each customer that spends over £80 at the Participating Stores during the Promotion Period will be entitled to one (1) free My Radley Heart Keyring (SKUs: 111523, 111524, 111525, 111526) and personalisation service (together, the “Gift”).

· This promotion is valid from store opening to store closing on 6^th June 2025, or until stocks last (the “Promotion Period”).

· The Promotion is available at the Radley Cheshire Oaks Store: Radley Cheshire Oaks (Unit 114C/D, Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village, Kinsey Road, Cheshire, CH65 9JJ) (the “Participating Store”).

· The Gift can be personalised in the Participating Store on the day of purchase. The customer can choose for the keyring to be embossed with up to two initials in either gold or silver foil.

· There are 100 Gifts available in total across all the Participating Store.

· The Gift is subject to availability and timings.

· Radley cannot guarantee that every customer will receive a Gift.

· This Promotion is not available at any other Radley stores, any Radley concessions in third-party department stores, in any other Radley stockists not listed above or online.

· One (1) Gift per eligible purchase. Each customer is only entitled to up to two (2) Gifts in total.

· This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, promotion or discount and cannot be exchanged for cash.

· The customer cannot return or exchange the product following the personalisation.

· This Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 16 years and over excluding employees of Radley, their immediate families and anyone else associated with the Promotion.

· Acceptance of the Gift constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any decision reached by Radley, which is final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

· Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of this Promotion, to withdraw this Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the free gifts in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

· Customers are encouraged to read these terms and conditions in conjunction with Radley’s online terms and conditions at www.radley.co.uk.

· With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of this promotion or accepting or using the Gift.

· The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Terms & Conditions for the Radley Summer Holiday Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”)

1. Introduction

a) The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.

b) By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

c) The Prize Draw starts at store opening on 6^th May 2025 and ends at store closing on 30^th May 2025 in the Participating Stores (“Prize Draw Period”).

2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?

a) Participants must be:

i. residents of the United Kingdom;

ii. have a postal address in the United Kingdom; and

iii. be aged 18 or over.

b) The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c) By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

3. How does the Prize Draw work?

a) To enter the Prize Draw, participants must:

· Spend over £80 in one transaction in one of the Participating Stores during the Prize Draw Period (“Qualifying Purchase”); and

· complete the Prize Draw entry form (“Form”), with their full name, email address and the store in which they made their Qualifying Purchase at the point of Qualifying Purchase,
(together an “Entry”).

b) A Qualifying Purchase may include more than one item.

c) The Prize Draw is available at the following Radley stores:

d) The Prize Draw is not available at any Radley stores not listed above, any Radley concessions in third-party department stores, in any other Radley stockists or online.

e) Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Multiple Entries are not permitted. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry.

f) Forms will be made available to participants at the checkout of the Participating Stores at the point of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, only completed Forms will constitute a valid Entry.

g) All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

· Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

· any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

h) In the event a participant returns their Qualifying Purchase, they will automatically be withdrawn from the Prize Draw. If the Qualifying Purchase contains more than one item, and the participant returns one or more of those items, the value of the Qualifying Purchase will be adjusted and may result in the Entry being void.

i) On 2^nd June 2025, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.

j) The winner will be notified on 3^rd June 2025 via the email that they supplied as part of the Entry (“Notification”).

k) In order to receive their Prize, the winner will need to acknowledge receipt of the Notification and provide Radley with the information requested in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification, within seven (7) days of receipt (“Claim Period”). Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

l) The winner will receive the Prize within 30 days of the date they provide Radley with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(k)).

m) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of purchase and identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

n) If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

a) There will be one (1) winner in total.

b) The winner will receive:

i. £500 Airbnb voucher;

ii. 1x Gun Ana beauty bundle;

iii. 2 x Radley handbags, each up to the value of £300;

iv. 2 x Radley suitcases, each up to the value of £200;

v. 2 x Radley sunglasses, each up to the value of £70; and

vi. 2 x The Rathbone Large Flapover Travel Wallet (SKU: 110791)
(together the “Prize”).

c) Radley will send the £500 Airbnb voucher to the winner’s email address provided as part of the Entry. The winner’s use of the vouchers will be subject to Airbnb’s UK Gift Card terms and conditions at https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/3103 .The winner will be required to create an account with Airbnb in order to redeem the Airbnb voucher.

d) The winner’s choice of handbags, suitcases and sunglasses is subject to stock availability online and, in the case of the handbags, cannot be redeemed on Radley’s Picture Bag range.

e) Radley will be responsible for shipping the Prize to the winner.

f) Any other expense outside of those specified in the Prize details will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

g) The Prize is subject to availability.

h) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

6. General

a) Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, and to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize Draw in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

b) Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.

c) If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

d) Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/).

e) By claiming the Prize in accordance with clause 3(k), you consent to Radley sharing your personal details with Airbnb for the purpose of administering the Prize. Any personal information shared with Airbnb will be processed in accordance with their privacy policies at https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/3175 .

f) The winner’s surname and county will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.

g) The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

h) Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.radley.co.uk.

i) With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.

j) The Prize Draw is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with Airbnb. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley.

l) These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Terms and Conditions for the Personalisation Promotion

Each customer that purchases a Radley leather handbag at a Participating Store during the Promotion Period will be entitled to one free handbag personalisation service (the “Gift”).

This promotion is valid from:

o 11 am until 6 pm (BST) on 24^th April 2025 at the Radley store in Ashford Designer Outlet; and

o 11 am until 6 pm (BST) on 25^th April 2025 at the Radley store in Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet

(the “Promotion Period”). 

The promotion is only available at the following Radley stores: Radley Ashford (Unit 16, McArthur Glen Outlet Village, Kimberly Way, Ashford. TN24 0SD) and Radley Cheshire Oaks (U114C, Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village, Kinsey Road, Cheshire. CH65 9JJ) (the “Participating Stores”).

The qualifying Radley leather handbag can be personalised with the Gift on the day of purchase at the Participating Store where the item was purchased. The customer can choose for the handbag to be painted with up to two initials.

The Gift will be provided by The Modern Calligraphy Co at Cheshire Oaks and Inkspiration Artist at Ashford.
There are approximately 30 time slots available for the personalised handbag service at each of the Participating Stores. The Gift is subject to availability and timings.

Radley cannot guarantee that every customer will receive a Gift.
