Delivery Update

Please note, due a stock audit in our warehouse, Next Day and Named Day Delivery will not be available from 5pm on Wednesday 8th July until Wednesday 15th July 2020. There may also be some delays to Standard and International Delivery orders placed between Sunday 5th July and Monday 13th July. If you make an order using Standard Delivery during this time, please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days for your Radley London products to arrive. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to the developing Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close all Radley London stores in the UK.

We are, as always, committed to providing the best possible service, and will continue to be available online at Radley.co.uk.

We're now able to offer all delivery options except CollectPlus and Click & Collect. Due to our reduced workforce however, there may still be some delay in dispatching orders.

We are currently only dispatching Monday – Friday. Automated dispatch emails may still be received over the weekend, but please note the parcel will be dispatched on the following Monday.

The welfare of our customers and colleagues is our primary concern, and we will continue to monitor the situation and act accordingly.
