Online Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize Draw is: 

1.  organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at 3rd Floor, 33 Cavendish Square, London, England, W1G 0PW; and 

2. in collaboration with Tewkesbury Park Ltd (“Tewkesbury Park”).  

2. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw. 

3. The Prize Draw starts at 09:00 (GMT) December 24th 2025 and ends at 23:59 (GMT) December 26th 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”). 

1. Participants must: 

1. be a resident of the United Kingdom; 

2. have a postal address in the United Kingdom;  

1. have a valid Instagram account; and  

2. be aged 18 or over.  

2. The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley or its affiliates, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. 

3. By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information or otherwise violating these Terms. 

1. To enter the Prize Draw, during the Prize Draw Period participants must: 

1. Follow Radley (www.instagram.com/radleylondon) and Tewkesbury Park (https://www.instagram.com/tewkesburypark/ ) on Instagram and continue to do so until the end of the Prize Draw Period;  

2. Like the ‘All Wrapped Up Week Four’ Instagram post in collaboration with Tewkesbury Park setting out the entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and 

3. Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw tagging an Instagram account with an answer to ‘What is one thing you can’t travel without?’(together an “Entry”).  

2. Each participant can enter the Prize Draw more than once by posting multiple times in the comment section (per clause 3(a)(iii) above). Each Entry that tags a different Instagram account will constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, multiple posts tagging the same Instagram account will only constitute one Entry.  

3. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. For the avoidance of doubt, Radley will not acknowledge receipt of Prize Draw Entries nor will it accept responsibility for: 

1. Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 

2. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a Prize. 

4. On Monday 29th December 2025, 1 winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.  

5. The winner will be notified on Monday 29th December 2025 via Instagram Direct Message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”). 

6. The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 7 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with this clause 3(f) will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.  

7. The winner will receive the Prize within 30 days of the date they provide Radley with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(f)). 

8. The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification and of legal residence in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw. 

9. If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, Instagram’s terms of use or otherwise acts in a manner that affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. 

1. There will one (1) winner, who will receive: 

1. An overnight stay for two at Tewkesbury Park Hotel (the “Stay”); 

2. A trip to the Cotswolds Designer Outlet, where the winner and the winner’s guest may select 1 x Radley handbag and 1 x Radley purse each from the Radley outlet store; 

3. Travel to and from the Cotswolds Designer Outlet (up to the combined value of £200) to be reimbursed by Radley (“Travel Expenses”); 

4. 2 x The Christina Large Zip-Top Shoulder in Dark Cherry (SKU 113044); 

5. 2x Lexington Suitcase Medium in Hunter Green (SKU 111738);  

6. 2x Finley Street Gloves in Black (SKU 112511M); 

7. 2x Penny Lane Charm in Limoncello (SKU 113257); and 

8. 2x Westwell Sunglasses in Black (SKU 111016), (together the “Prize”). 

2. The choice of Radley Products in clause 4(a)(ii) is subject to stock availability and excludes Radley’s Picture Bag range and any Radley bag over £200. 

The Stay: 

1. is for up to two people and includes breakfast, a dinner allowance of £40 per person, and complimentary access to the wellness facilities.  

2. is subject to availability and vacancies at Tewkesbury Park Hotel, it is non-transferable, and cannot be booked on 24-27 December 2025, 31 December 2025 or 10-16 March 2026. The Stay must be booked in advance and is only valid until 31 July 2026.  

3. is organised and run by Tewkesbury Park Hotel and is subject to Tewkesbury Park Hotel’s Terms and Conditions (https://tewkesburypark.co.uk/booking-terms-conditions/). Any decisions regarding this Stay are at the sole discretion of Tewkesbury Park Hotel. 

4. In order to book, the winner must contact Tewkesbury Park Hotel through this email address marketing@tewkesburypark.co.uk. For the avoidance of doubt, the room for the Stay shall be allocated at the sole discretion of Tewkesbury Park Hotel. 

5. The winner is responsible for informing Tewkesbury Park Hotel of any dietary requirements or allergens.  

6. Entry to Tewkesbury Park Hotel shall be at the sole discretion of Tewkesbury Park Hotel. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules of Tewkesbury Park Hotel at all times. Radley shall not be responsible for any decision by Tewkesbury Park Hotel to deny entry to the winner and/or the winner’s guest.  

7. The Travel Expenses shall be reimbursed by Radley. Radley may require the winner to provide Radley with valid receipts for such Travel Expenses.  

8. The Prize does not include: 

1. the cost of transportation to and from the Stay or to and from the Cotswolds Designer Outlet outside of what is specified in clause 4(a)(iii);  

2. the purchase of any additional items during the Stay not specified in clause 4(a) above; or  

3. any other costs in relation to the Stay, including but not limited to early or late check-in fees or service fees. Any expenses outside of those specified in the prize details in clause 4(a) will be the sole responsibility of the winner. 

9. Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Prize listed in 4(a)(iv)-(viii) to the winner. 

10. The Prize is subject to availability. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion. 

11. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Prize is for personal use only and is not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused.  

1. Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. 

2. Radley and Tewkesbury Park will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.  

3. If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.  

4. Radley and Tewkesbury Park will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its websites at www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/ and at https://tewkesburypark.co.uk/policies/).  

5. The winner’s surname and county will be published. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Notwithstanding any such objection or request, Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities or otherwise publish this and/or other information to the extent necessary to comply with these Terms and applicable legal requirements. 

6. The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be considered or entered into about it. 

7. Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.radley.co.uk.  

8. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize, or otherwise relating to these Terms and/or the Prize Draw. Further, Radley is not responsible for any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of these Terms, administration of the Prize Draw, or announcement of the Prize. 

9. This Prize Draw is run by Radley in collaboration with Tewkesbury Park, it has no affiliation with Instagram. By entering, participants hereby release Instagram to the fullest extent permitted by law, from any and all claims, liabilities and damages. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley, not Instagram.

11. These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
