Terms & Conditions for The Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show Prize Draw
(the “Prize Draw”)
1. Introduction
a) The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.
b) By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
c) The Prize Draw starts at 00:01 (BST) 9th April 2025 and ends at 23:59 (BST) 30th April 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?
a) Participants must:
i. be a resident of the United Kingdom with a United Kingdom postal address; and
ii. be aged 18 or over.
b) The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
c) By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
3. How does the Prize Draw work?
a) No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.
b) To enter the Prize Draw participants must enter their details (being their full name and a valid email address) into Radley’s online form at https://www.radley.co.uk/competitions/rhs and submit the form (the “Entry”).
c) Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.
d) All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
i. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
ii. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
e) On 1st May 2025, one (1) winner will be selected using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.
f) The winner will be notified on 2nd May to the email used to enter the Prize Draw (the “Notification”).
g) The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within seven (7) days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.
h) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.
i) If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. What is the Prize?
a) The winner will receive:
i. 2 x Radley handbags of their choice from the Radley x Royal Horticultural Society SS25 collection (the “Radley Products”); and
ii. Two tickets to Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show (the “Event”) on Members Day, 20th May 2025 (the “Tickets”),
(together the “Prize”).
b) The choice of Radley Products is subject to stock availability online.
c) Once the winner has provided Radley with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(g)) and confirmed their choice of Radley Products, they will receive their chosen Radley Products within 30 days. In the event the winner’s selected Radley Products are out of stock or otherwise unavailable online at https://www.radley.co.uk/, Radley will ask the winner to select an alternative Radley Product/s.
d) Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Products to the winner.
e) The Tickets will be sent to the winner in the form of an online QR Code via the AXS online ticketing platform. To receive the Tickets, the winner will be required to (i) set up an account with AXS to receive the Tickets in advance of the Event; and (ii) show the QR Code to gain entry to the Event.
f) The Prize does not include the cost of transportation to and from the Event, the purchase of any additional items during the Event not specified in clause 4(a) above, or any other costs in relation to the Event. Any expenses outside of those specified in the prize details in clause 4(a) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
g) Entry to the Event shall be at the sole discretion of the Royal Horticultural Society, its employees and/or any stewards of the Event. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules of the Event at all times.
h) Radley shall not be responsible for any decision by the Royal Horticultural Society, its employees and/or stewards at the Event to deny entry to the Event to the winner and/or the winner’s guest.
i) The Event is organised and run by the Royal Horticultural Society, and is subject to the Event T&Cs (https://www.rhs.org.uk/shows-events/misc-shows/event-terms-and-conditions). Any decisions regarding the Event are at the sole discretion of the Royal Horticultural Society.
j) Radley shall not be responsible in the event the Event is cancelled, postponed and/or re-arranged to a date which conflicts with the winner’s availability.
k) The Prize is subject to availability.
l) Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
5. General
a) Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
b) Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.
c) If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
d) Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/).
e) By claiming the Prize in accordance with clause 3(g), you consent to Radley sharing your personal details with Royal Horticultural Society and AXS Group LLC (“AXS”) for the purpose of administering the Prize. Any personal information shared with Royal Horticultural Society and AXS will be processed in accordance with their privacy policies (https://www.rhs.org.uk/privacy and https://www.axs.com/legal/privacy_policy.html).
f) The winner’s surname and geographic location will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
g) The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
h) Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.radley.co.uk.
i) With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.
j) This Prize Draw is run by Radley in affiliation withthe Royal Horticultural Society. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not the Royal Horticultural Society.

l) These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
