Terms & Conditions for the Radley x RHS Prize Draw

(the “Prize Draw”)

1. Introduction

a)        The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.

b)       By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw starts at 00:01 on 21^st February 2024 (GMT) and ends at 23:59 on 10^th March 2024 (GMT) (the “Prize Draw Period”).

2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?

a)        Participants must: 

                     i.            be a resident of the United Kingdom with a United Kingdom postal address;

                    ii.            have a valid email address; and

                   iii.            be aged 18 or over. 

b)       The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c)        By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

3. How does the Prize Draw work?

a)        No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free. 

b)       To enter the Prize Draw participants must enter their details (being their full name and a valid email address) into Radley’s online form at Radley.co.uk/competitions/rhs (the “Entry”). 

c)        Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. 

d)       All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

                     i.            Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

                    ii.            any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

e)       On 11^th March 2024, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received. 

f)         The winner will be notified on 12^th March 2024 via email (the “Notification”).   

g)        The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within seven (7) days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen. 

h)       The winner will receive the Radley Products within thirty (30) days of the date they provide Radley with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(g)).

i)         The Royal Horticultural Society (“RHS”) will provide the winner with the tickets to the Event in advance of the Event date, subject to the winner providing RHS with any further information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(g)).

j)         The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

k)        If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

a)        The winner will receive:

                     i.            2 bags from the RHS x Radley London collection (the “Radley Products”); and

                    ii.            2 tickets to RHS Chelsea Flower Show on Wednesday 22nd May. Entry is valid from 8am-8pm (the “Event”).

                   iii.            Train travel to and from the Event within the UK for both the winner and their guest (up to the combined value of £500) to be booked by Radley on behalf of the winner (the “Travel Expenses”).

b)       The winner may choose which Radley Products they wish to receive from the RHS x Radley London collection, subject to availability. Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Products to the winner.

c)        The winner may give one of the Radley Products to their guest if they wish. Radley accepts no responsibility for ensuring that the winner’s guest receives a Radley Product.

d)       The Prize does not include the cost of transportation to and from the Event outside of what is specified in clause 4(a)(iii), the purchase of any additional items during the Event not specified in clause 4(a) above, or any other costs in relation to the Event. Any expenses outside of those specified in the prize details in clause 4(a) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

e)       Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion. 

f)         Entry to the Event shall be at the sole discretion of the RHS, its employees and/or any stewards of the Event. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules of the Event at all times.

g)        Radley shall not be responsible for any decision by RHS, its employees and/or stewards at the Event to deny entry to the Event to the winner and/or the winner’s guest.

h)       The Event is organised and run by RHS, and is subject to the Event T&Cs (https://www.rhs.org.uk/shows-events/misc-shows/event-terms-and-conditions). Any decisions regarding the Event are at the sole discretion of RHS.

i)         In the event the Event is postponed, the winner will be able to redeem the tickets to the Event and the Travel Expenses, as part of the Prize, on the postponed date.

j)         Radley shall not be responsible in the event the Event is cancelled, postponed and/or re-arranged to a date which conflicts with the winner’s availability.

5. General

a)        Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

b)       Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw. 

c)        If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time. 

d)       Radley may be required to share personal information with RHS in order to enable the winner to claim the Prize. Radley and RHS will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on their websites (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/ and https://www.rhs.org.uk/privacy).

e)       The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

f)         Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.radley.co.uk. 

g)        With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.

h)       If you require any help or have any enquiries relating to these Terms please contact Radley at the address above. 

i)         These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Terms & Conditions for the Valentine’s Day Prize Draw

(the “Prize Draw”)

1. Introduction

a) The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.

b) By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

c) The Prize Draw starts at 00:01 on 22nd January 2024 GMT and ends at 23:59 on 28th January 2024 GMT (the “Prize Draw Period”).

2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?

a) Participants must: 

i. be a resident of the United Kingdom with a United Kingdom postal address; and

ii. be aged 18 or over. 

b) The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c) By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

3. How does the Prize Draw work?

c) Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. 

d) All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

i. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

ii. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

e) On 29th January 2024, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received. 

f) The winner will be notified on 30th January via email (the “Notification”).   

g) The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within seven (7) days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen. 

h) The winner will receive the Prize within thirty (30) days of the date they provide Radley with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(g)).

i) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

j) If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

a) The winner will receive:

i. A selection of Radley products: 1 x Causeway Row Weekend Travel Bag (SKU: T8471001), 1 x Valentine’s Day Liverpool Street Bag (SKU: H8852001) and Sloane Street Grab Bag (SKU: H8882074)  (the “Radley Products”); and

ii. One overnight stay for two people at South Place Hotel, located at 3 South Place, London, EC2M 2AF, (the “Stay”). The Stay includes a breakfast allowance of £30pp for up to two guests.

iii. Travel to and from the Stay via train  (up to the combined value of £500) to be booked by Radley on behalf of the winner.

b) The Stay is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. The Stay is valid for 6 months from the competition start date.  In order to book, the winner must contact South Place Hotel through the email address given in the Notification. For the avoidance of doubt, the room for the Stay shall be allocated at the sole discretion of South Place Hotel. 

c) The winner is responsible for informing South Place Hotel of any dietary requirements or allergens. 

d) The Stay cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to South Place Hotel’s Terms and Conditions (https://southplacehotel.com/terms-conditions/).

e) Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Products to the winner. The Prize does not include the cost of transportation to and from the Stay outside of what is specified in clause 4(b)(iii), the purchase of any additional items during the Stay not specified in clause 4(b) above, or any other costs in relation to the Stay, including but not limited to early or late check-in fees or service fees. Any expenses outside of those specified in the prize details in clause 4(b) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

f) Entry to South Place Hotel shall be at the sole discretion of South Place Hotel. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules of South Place Hotel at all times. Radley shall not be responsible for any decision by South Place Hotel to deny entry to the winner and/or the winner’s guest. 

g) The Stay is organised and run by South Place Hotel. Any decisions regarding this Stay are at the sole discretion of South Place Hotel.

h) Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion. 

5. General

a) Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

b) Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw. 

c) If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE RADLEY LONDON, BLUE MONDAY PROMOTION
(THE “PROMOTION”)

1.       Introduction

a.       The Promotion is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Unit 1B Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.

b.       By entering this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

c.       The Promotion will run from 10:30 GMT until 13:00 GMT (as more particularly set out in clause 3b) on 15^th January 2024 or until stocks last (the “Promotion Period”).
 

2.       Who can enter the Promotion? 

a.       Participants must be aged 16 or over.

b.       This Promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Promotion, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c.       By entering the Promotion, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information. 

3.       How does the Promotion work?

a.       No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion and entry is free. To enter the Promotion and receive a Prize, participants must:

                                             i.            Be one of the first five (5) participants to find the Radley team at the specified locations in clause 3b; and

                                           ii.            Answer the following two questions from the Radley team: ‘What are you most looking forward to this year?’ and ‘What never fails to cheer you up?’

b.       There are fifteen (15) Prizes in total. Five (5) Prizes will be available at each location as follows:

                                             i.            Liverpool Street, EC2M 7PY, between 10:30 and 11:00 GMT.

                                           ii.            Linden Gardens, W2 4HA, between 11:30 and 12:00 GMT.

                                         iii.            Sloane Street, SW3 1AJ, between 12:30 and 13:00 GMT.

(each a “Location” and together the “Locations”)

c.       This Promotion is not available at any other location not listed above.

d.       Participants can only enter the Promotion once. If a participant submits multiple Entries, only the first Entry will be accepted in the Promotion. If a submission fails to satisfy any or all requirements of an Entry, it will not be counted as a valid Entry and will be void.

e.       All Entries must be received by Radley during the Promotion Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

                                             i.            Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

                                           ii.            Any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a Prize.

f.        The winners will be the first five (5) Entries at each Location during the Promotion Period.

g.       Each winner will be informed of their prize by a representative of Radley after answering the questions (the “Notification”).

h.       Winners must claim their Prize at the same time as the Notification.

i.         If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.

j.         Participants will be informed when all available Prizes have been claimed for each Location via Radley’s Instagram Stories (www.instagram.com/radleylondon).
 

4.       Prize

a.       There are fifteen (15) Prizes available in total, with five (5) Prizes being available at each Location. Fifteen winners will be selected, with one (1) Prize per winner. 

b.       The winner will receive one (1) Prize from the selection of Prizes available at each Location as follows:

                                             i.            Liverpool Street, EC2M 7PY: Either:

·       1 x Liverpool Street 2.0 Medium Ziptop Multiway handbag in Begonia (SKU: H8816627); or

·       1 x Liverpool Street 2.0 Faux Croc Medium Ziptop Multiway handbag in Black (SKU: H5560001); or

                                           ii.            Linden Gardens, W2 4HA: Either:

·       1 x Linden Garden Medium Ziptop handbag in Metallic Gold (SKU: H8225716); or

·       1 x Linden Garden Medium Ziptop handbag in Dark Cherry (SKU: H8224609); or

                                         iii.            Sloane Street, SW3 1AJ: Either:

·       1 x Sloane Street Medium Ziptop Grab handbag in Deep Sea (SKU: H8882405); or

·       1 x Sloane Street Medium Ziptop Grab handbag in Chevron Stripe (SKU: H8891001); or

·       1 x Sloane Street Large Ziptop Shoulder handbag in Thunder (SKU: H8883074).

c.       The Prizes are subject to availability. For the avoidance of doubt, Prizes cannot be reserved and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

d.       The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has a cash value of zero. The Prize is for personal use only and not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a Prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

5.       General

a.       Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Promotion, to withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

b.       The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

c.       Radley may request:

                                             i.            that the winners participate in reasonable publicity and for such content to be shared across Radley’s social media channels including but not limited to Radley’s Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts; and/or

                                           ii.            the winners’ personally identifiable information (e.g. names, ages) for publicity purposes.

For the avoidance of doubt, Radley will not use such content or information for publicity purposes without first obtaining the winners’ consent to do so. 

d.       Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use it in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/).

e.       The Prize may become unavailable due to events outside of Radley’s control. In such an event, Radley will endeavour to provide a substitution for the Prize.

f.        Radley is not responsible for any costs associated with the Prize that are not included in these Terms.

g.       With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of entering the Promotion, accepting or using the Prize.

i.         These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

   4. The Prize Draw starts at 8:00 (GMT) December 22^nd 2023 and ends at 23:59 (GMT) December 24^th 2023 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
   5. The Prize Draw is void where prohibited.
       
2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?
   1. For UK entrants:
      1. Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom; have a postal address in the United Kingdom; have a valid Instagram account; and be aged 18 or over.
   2. For US entrants:
      1. Participants must be a resident of a state within the United States (other than one of the Excluded Jurisdictions as indicated in Section 2(b)(ii) below) or a resident of the District of Columbia; have a postal address in the United States; have a valid Instagram account; and be aged 18 or over.
      2. The Prize Draw is not open to residents of the following states: Arizona and Rhode Island (“Excluded Jurisdictions”).
         
         
   3. The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley or its affiliates, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
   4. By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information or otherwise violating these Terms.
      
      
3. How does the Prize Draw work?
   1. To enter the Prize Draw on Instagram (www.instagram.com/radleylondon), during the Prize Draw Period participants must:
      1. Follow Radley on Instagram and continue to do so through the end of the Prize Draw Period;
      2. Like the Rad-vent Giveaway Week Four Instagram post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and
      3. Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post tagging another Instagram account as the person you'd share the prize with and “#prizedraw”,
         
         (together an “Entry”).
   2. Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.
   3. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. For the avoidance of doubt, Radley will not acknowledge receipt of Prize Draw Entries nor will it accept responsibility for:
      1. Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal or other delivery failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
      2. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a Prize.
   4. On Friday 29^th December, 1 winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received across the UK and US. The location at which the winner will be drawn is Radley’s address as identified above. Odds of winning will depend on the number of valid Entries received.
   5. The winner will be notified on Friday 5^th January via Instagram Direct Message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).
   6. For the name of the Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address set out in clause 1(b), within ninety (90) days of the end of the Prize Draw Period. Where legally required, this will be subject to the winner’s consent.
   7. The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 7 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Further, Radley may, in its sole discretion, require the winner to complete and sign before a notary an affidavit which, among other things, confirms the winner’s compliance with these Terms and reaffirms certain of the provisions set forth in these Terms. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with this clause 3(7) will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.
   8. The winner will receive the Prize within one month of the date they provide Radley with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(7)).
   9. The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification and of legal residence in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.
   10. If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, Instagram’s terms of use or otherwise acts in a manner that affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
       
       
4. What is the Prize?
   1. There will be a total of one winner, across the UK and the US entrants.  In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded.
   2. The winner will receive:
      1. 1 x Radley Knitters Lane Ribbed Beanie in Cedar (SKU S8749301);

    a) There will be a total of one winner, across the UK and the US entrants.  In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded.

    b) The winner will receive:

        iii. £250/$250 Radley voucher. For the avoidance of doubt, the voucher is valid for one year from the closing date of the Prize Draw Period.

    e) The winner may share the Prize with the owner of the tagged account if they wish. Radley accepts no responsibility for ensuring that the owner of the account tagged by the winner in the Instagram Prize Draw Post receives the Prize or any part thereof.

5. General

    a) Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

    b) Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw. 

    c) Radley will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (US: https://www.radleylondon.com/help/privacy-cookie-policy, UK: https://www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy). 

    d) The winner’s surname and county (if UK based) and state of residence (if US based) will be published. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Notwithstanding any such objection or request, Radley may be required to, and the winner agrees that Radley may, provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities or otherwise publish this and/or other information to the extent necessary to comply with these Terms and applicable legal requirements.

    e) Winners will be responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes resulting from acceptance of the Prize.

    f) The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be considered or entered into about it.

    g) Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at https://www.radley.co.uk and https://www.radleylondon.com. 

    h) With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize, or otherwise relating to these Terms and/or the Prize Draw.  Further, Radley is not responsible for any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of these Terms, administration of the Prize Draw, or announcement of the Prize(s).

    i) This Prize Draw is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with Instagram, and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw.  By entering, participants hereby release Instagram, to the fullest extent permitted by law, from any and all claims, liabilities and damages.   Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not Instagram.

Terms & Conditions for the Hampton Manor Grace & Savour Social Media Prize Draw

(the “Prize Draw”)

1. Introduction

a) The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP .

b) By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

c) The Prize Draw starts at 28/10/23 at 8:00 BST and ends at 31/10/23 at 09:00 GMT (the “Prize Draw Period”).

2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?

a) Participants must:

i. have a valid Facebook, or Instagram account; 

ii. be a resident of the United Kingdom with a United Kingdom postal address; and

iii. be aged 18 or over. 

b) The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c) By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

3. How does the Prize Draw work?

a) No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free. 

b) To enter the Prize Draw on Facebook, during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

i. Follow Radley (www.facebook.com/RadleyLondon) and Hampton Manor (www.facebook.com/HamptonManorPeels) on Facebook;

ii. Like the Radley London x Hampton Manor Facebook post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Facebook Prize Draw Post”);

iii. Post in the comment section of the Facebook Prize Draw Post tagging another Facebook account as the  “person you’d like to take with you”.

c) To enter the Prize Draw on Instagram (www.instagram.com/radleylondon), during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

i. Follow @RadleyLondon and @HamptonManor on Instagram; 

ii. Like the Radley London x Hampton Manor Instagram post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and

iii. Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post tagging another Instagram account as the “person you’d like to take with you”.

    (together an “Entry”). 

d) Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once per platform, through Facebook (as set out in clause 3(b) above) or Instagram (as set out in clause 3(c) above). Only the first Entry for each platform by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once on one platform, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.  

e) All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

i. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

ii. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

f) On 01/11/23, 1 winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received. 

g) The winner will be notified on 01/11/23 via Instagram DM or Facebook messenger to the account that they used to enter (“Notification”).   

h) The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 7 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. 

i) Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen. 

j) The winner will receive the Prize within 30 days of the date they provide Radley with the information as set out in paragraph 3(h).

k) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

l) If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

a) There will be 1 winner, across Facebook and Instagram.

b) The winner will receive:

i. One Grace & Savour dine & stay experience for two people at Hampton Manor, Shadowbrook Lane, Hampton-In-Arden, B92 0EN (the “Stay”). The Stay includes an arrival drink and snack with a tour of the walled garden, a 15-course dinner with adventure wine tasting, and one night in a walled garden suite in Grace & Savour, including breakfast. 

ii. Travel to the Stay (up to the combined value of £400) to be reimbursed by Radley upon provision of a valid receipt.

iii. Two Radley London bags selected from the website (up to the combined value of £500) (the “Radley Bags”).

(together the “Prize”).

c) The winner may bring the owner of the tagged account to the Prize if they wish, and the winner may give one of the selected Radley Bags to the owner of the tagged account if they wish. The Radley Bags will be posted to the winner, Radley accepts no responsibility for ensuring that the owner of the account tagged by the winner in the Instagram or Facebook Prize Draw Post receives the Prize or any part thereof.

d) The Stay is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. In order to book, the winner must contact Radley through the email address given in the Notification. The Stay is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, however any delays due to COVID shall be taken into account.

e) The winner is responsible for informing Grace & Savour of any dietary requirements or allergens.

f) The choice of Radley Bags is subject to availability and not redeemable on the Picture Bag range.  

g) Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Bags to the winner. The Prize does not include the cost of transportation to and from the Stay outside of what is specified in clause 4(b)(ii), the purchase of any additional items during the Stay not specified in clause 4(b) above, or any other costs in relation to the Prize. Any expense outside of those specified in the prize details in clause 4(b) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

h) Entry to Grace & Savour shall be at the sole discretion of Grace & Savour. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules of Grace & Savour at all times. Radley shall not be responsible for any decision by Grace & Savour to deny entry to the winner and/or the winner’s guest. 

i) The Stay is organised and run by Grace & Savour. Any decisions regarding the Stay are at the sole discretion of Grace & Savour. 

j) Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. e)       All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not acknowledge receipt of Prize Draw Entries.  Radley will not accept responsibility for:

g)        The winners will be notified on 18^th September 2023 via direct message to the account that they used in their Entry (“Notification”).

h)       The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within two days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winners will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification or to execute a required affidavit within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

i)         The winners will receive the Prize within 28 days of the date they provide Radley with the information as set out in paragraph 3(h) as well as their choice of Prize.

j)         The winners may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

k)        If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

5.        Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Submissions

a)        By submitting an Entry to the Prize Draw, participants agree that any such photos/images are their original creation and will not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

b)       Participants will retain ownership of the copyright in their Entries to the Prize Draw.

c)        By submitting an Entry to the Prize Draw, the participant grants Radley the worldwide right to use the Entry in relation to the Prize Draw, in advertising and/or marketing of Radley’s products and brand. Such use may include, without limitation, reproducing, copying, translating, adapting, publishing or making available your Entry on Radley’s websites, on any social media account controlled by Radley (or approved third party partners/affiliates), and in Radley’s other advertising and/or marketing materials. The rights granted in this clause are perpetual (i.e. they last forever), and royalty-free (i.e. the participant will not be entitled to any compensation or other payments from Radley).

d)       All participants irrevocably waive all moral rights in their Entries to which they are entitled.
