Terms and Conditions for the Stylist Live Manchester Promotion
(the “Promotion”)

  1. Introduction
    1. The promoter is Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at 3rd Floor, McBeath House, 310 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7LW.
    2. By entering this Competition you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
    3. The Promotion will run from 09:00 on the 8th September 2018 until 23:59 on 23rd September 2018 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. How does the Promotion work?
    1. Participants must be aged 18 or over, a UK resident with a UK postal address and have an Instagram account.
    2. This Promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Promotion, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
    3. By entering the Promotion, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify an entrant for submitting false information.
    4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion and entry is free.
    5. Participants can enter the Promotion by posting:
      1. An original photograph of the giant Radley Scottie dog in the Trafford Centre shopping centre (the giant Scottie dog will be in the Trafford Centre shopping centre on 8th and 9th September 2018 only) using the hashtag #RadleyxStylistLive and tagging the official Radley Instagram account (@radleylondon); or
      2. An image of the giant Radley Scottie dog in the Trafford Centre shopping centre from Radley’s official Instagram account (including regramming an image) that features the hashtag #RadleyxStylistLive, tagging the official Radley Instagram (@radleylondon) account and using the hashtag #RadleyxStylistLive in their post, on their Instagram account during the Promotion Period,
      the image must be posted onto the entrants Instagram feed, it cannot be used in a ‘story’ on Instagram (“Entry”).
    6. Participants can enter the Promotion as many times as they like, providing the Entry criteria are met for each post.
    7. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Promotion Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
      1. Promotion entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
      2. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
    8. The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  3. Prize
    1. There is one (1) prize available. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid Entries on the 24th September 2018.
    2. The prize winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram within one (1) week of the end of the Promotion Period (the “Winner Notification”).
    3. The prize winner has seven (7) days to respond to the Winner Notification and claim the prize. In the event that the prize winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification, another winner will be selected randomly from all valid Entries.
    4. The prize consists of:
      1. A handbag from Radley London – This must be selected by the winner from the Radley website (www.radley.co.uk). The choice of handbag is subject to availability and can only be selected from the Radley website, not from wholesale concessions or other partners selling the brand.
      2. A hotel voucher to be used at the Principle Hotel in Manchester – This voucher allows the winner one night’s stay in a double classic room, including breakfast for two (2) adults. Dates are subject to the hotel’s availability. The voucher must be used by 1 August 2019 and can be redeemed by liaising with Radley to secure the preferred date. The hotel terms and conditions may apply to the use of the voucher (see here: www.phcompany.com/principal/manchester-hotel/).

    5. The Prize will be sent to an address provided by the winner once a handbag has been selected. The winner will receive the handbag within 30 days of selecting it and notifying Radley of their selection.
    6. Travel expenses are not included. Any expense outside of those specified in the Prize details, will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
  4. Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Submissions
    1. Participants will retain ownership of the copyright in their Entries to the Promotion.
    2. By submitting an Entry to the Promotion, the participant grants Radley the worldwide, right to use the Entry in relation to the Promotion, advertising and/or marketing of Radley’s products and brand. Such use may include, without limitation, reproducing, copying, translating, adapting, publishing or making available your Entry on Radley’s websites, on any social media account controlled by Radley, and in Radley’s other advertising and/or marketing materials. The rights granted in this paragraph are perpetual (i.e. they last forever), and royalty-free (i.e. the participant will not be entitled to any compensation or other payments from Radley).
    3. All participants irrevocably waive all moral rights in their Entries to which they are entitled.
    4. By submitting an Entry to the Promotion, participants agree that any such photos/images will not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
  5. General
    1. Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Promotion, to withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
    2. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable post-event publicity, including the publication of his/her name and geographic location.
    3. The name of the winner will be made available upon request.
    4. Radley may contact participants using the social media platform that they used to enter the Promotion for administrative purposes relating to this Promotion.
    5. Subject to clause 5(b) above, Radley will keep your personal information safe and will not disclose it to anyone else and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website.
    6. Customers are encouraged to read these Terms in conjunction with Radley’s online terms and conditions at www.radley.co.uk.
    7. Elements of the Prize may become unavailable due to events outside of the Promoter’s control. In such an event the Promoter will endeavour to provide a substitution for the part of the Prize that becomes unavailable. The Promoter cannot guarantee the availability of the Prize. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
    8. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with the Prize that are not included in these terms.
    9. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of entering the Promotion, accepting or using the Prize.

Terms and Conditions for the Liverpool Photobooth Prize Draw
(the “Prize Draw”)

  1. Introduction
    1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at 3rd Floor, McBeath House, 310 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7LW.
    2. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
    3. The Prize Draw will run from 09:00 on 28th July until 23:59 on 4th August 2018 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
  1. How does the Prize Draw work?
    1. Participants must be aged 16 or over and resident in the UK with a UK postal address and have a Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account.
    2. This Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
    3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.
    4. Participants can enter the Prize Draw by posting an original photograph of themselves taken in the photobooth in the Radley Liverpool store and uploading it to their Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts using the hashtag #RadleyLiverpool during the Prize Draw Period (“Entry”). The image must be posted onto the entrant’s Instagram or Facebook feed, it cannot be used in a ‘story’ on Instagram or Facebook. Entrants can upload the photo direct to their social media account from the photobooth or take a photo of the photobooth printout and upload it to their Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts with the hashtag #RadleyLiverpool.
    5. Participants can only enter the Prize Draw once, regardless of how many pictures that they post with the #RadleyLiverpool hashtag. Only the first picture submitted from each entrant will be entered into the Prize Draw, regardless of the number of posts or social media platforms used. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has posted multiple #RadleyLiverpool Posts on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, only their first #RadleyLiverpool post will be entered into the Prize Draw.
    6. The photobooth is at the Radley Liverpool store only. This Prize Draw is not available at any other Radley stores or stockist or online.
    7. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
        1. Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
        2. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
    8. The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  1. Prize
    1. The Prize is a leather Radley handbag of the winner’s choice, excluding products in the Radley Picture Bag collection. The prize winner can only choose from handbags available on the Radley website at the time of making their choice.
    2. There is one prize available. One winner will be selected randomly from all valid Entries within three days of the close of the Prize Draw Period.
    3. The prize winner will be contacted by direct message on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter within one week of the end of the Prize Draw Period (the “Winner Notification”).
    4. The prize winner has seven days to respond to the Winner Notification and claim the prize. In the event that the prize winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification, another winner will be selected randomly from all valid Entries.
    5. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and is not for resale. In the event that the Promoter becomes aware of the Prize being resold it may cancel the Prize Draw and withdraw the Prize.

  2. Who can enter this Competition?
    1. Participants must be residents of the UK with a UK postal address and aged 18 or over. Competition winners must be willing and able to travel to London on the 19th May 2018 and to pay for their own travel expenses.
    2. The Competition is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of such connected individuals.
    3. By entering the Competition you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
  3. How does the Competition work?
    1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition and entry is free.
    2. To enter the Competition, participants must complete and submit the online entry form on Radley’s website (found here: www.radley.co.uk/blog/royal-wedding-prize-draw (“Entry”). For the avoidance of doubt, only completed forms will be considered an Entry.
    3. Each participant can enter the Competition as many times as they like, providing the Entry criteria are met.
    4. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Competition Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
      1. Competition Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
      2. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
    5. After the expiration of the Competition Period, two (2) winners will be selected at random from all valid Entries received. 
    6. The winners will be notified via email on 11th May 2018. The winners will be provided with an email address to contact to claim their Prize.
    7. The Prize must be claimed by emailing Radley at the email address provided within two (2) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.
    8. If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
    9. The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  4. What is the prize?
    1. There will be two (2) winners.
    2. Each winner will be entitled to receive:
      1. two (2) tickets to Radley’s screening of the Royal Wedding at the Soho Hotel in London on Saturday 19th May 2018;
      2. afternoon tea at the Soho Hotel following the Royal Wedding screening; and
      3. a Radley goody bag,
    3. (together the “Prize”).
    4. The screening will start at approximately 11:00am and finish around 13:30pm. Afternoon tea will be served at approximately 14:00pm.
    5. Travel expenses are not included. Any expense outside of those specified in the Prize details, will be the sole responsibility of the winners.
    6. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
    7. The winners understand and accept that the afternoon tea is a set menu. Winners must make Radley aware of any food allergy or intolerance that they have. Winners should also notify Radley of any other health conditions or requirements that they have, if reasonable adjustments may be required as a result of this condition or requirement.
  5. General
    1. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable post-event publicity, including the publication of his/her name and geographic location.

    3. Radley may contact participants using the email address supplied in Entry for administrative purposes relating to this Competition.

    3. Each participant can only enter the Competition once, either through Facebook, or through Instagram. Multiple Entries are not permitted. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry.
    4. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Competition Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
      1. Competition Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
      2. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
    5. After the expiration of the Competition Period, Radley’s Head of Marketing + ECommerce will select one (1) winner from all valid Entries. The winner will be the Entry which, in the Head of Marketing + ECommerce’s opinion, best represents the Radley brand.  
    6. The winner will be notified on the social media channel on which they entered the Competition no later than 23:59 on 18th March 2018.  The winner will be provided with an email address to contact to claim their Prize.
    7. The Prize must be claimed by emailing Radley at the email address provided within seven (7) days of notification.  Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

The image must be posted onto the entrants Instagram feed, it cannot be used in a ‘story’ on Instagram (“Entry”).
    5. Participants can enter the Promotion as many times as they like, providing the Entry criteria are met.
    6. The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  3. Prize
    1. There is one prize available. One winner will be selected randomly from all valid Entries within three days of the close of the Promotion Period.
    2. The prize winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram or Twitter within one week of the end of the Promotion Period (the “Winner Notification”).
    3. The prize winner has seven days to respond to the Winner Notification and claim the prize. In the event that the prize winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification, another winner will be selected randomly from all valid Entries.
    4. The prize consists of:

For the avoidance of doubt the image of the dog must be taken outdoors.
    3. Each participant can only enter the Competition once, either through Facebook, or through Instagram. Multiple Entries are not permitted. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry.
    4. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Competition Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
