Terms & Conditions for the Deck Chair Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”)

1. Introduction

• The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at 3rd Floor, 33 Cavendish Square, London, England, W1G 0PW.

• By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

• The Prize Draw starts at 09:00 (BST) Sunday 17th August 2025 and ends at 23:59 (BST) Wednesday 20th August 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?

• Participants must:

• be residents of the United Kingdom; 

• have a postal address in the United Kingdom;

• have a valid TikTok account; and

• be aged 18 or over. 

• The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

• By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

3. How does the Prize Draw work?

• No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free. 

• To enter the Prize Draw on TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/@radleylondon) participants must:

• Follow @radleylondon on TikTok; 

• Like the Deck Chair TikTok post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “TikTok Prize Draw Post”); and

• Post in the comment section of the TikTok Prize Draw Post with an answer to “where do you think the location is?”. 

(together an “Entry”). 

• Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once (as set out in clause 3(b) above). Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.

• All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

• Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

• any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

• On Thursday 21st August, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received. 

• The winner will be notified on Friday 22nd August via TikTok Direct Message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).

• The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 5 working days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen. 

• The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

• If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

• There will be one (1) winner in total.

• The winner will receive:

• 1x Radley deck chair; and

• 1 x Hadleigh Place Large open tote (SKU: 112210)

(together, the “Prize”).

• Radley will be responsible for shipping the Prize to the winner.

• Any other expenses outside of those specified in the Prize details will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

• The Prize is subject to availability.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

5. General

• Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

• Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw. 

• Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/). 

• The winner’s surname and county will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.

• The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

• Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant prize draw page at www.radley.co.uk.

• With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.

• This Prize Draw is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with TikTok, and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not TikTok.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Terms & Conditions for the Summer Holiday Bundle Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”)

1. Introduction

a) The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at 3rd Floor 33 Cavendish Square, London, England, W1G 0PW.

b) By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

c) The Prize Draw starts at 09:00 (BST) Thursday 26^th June 2025 and ends at 23:59 (BST) Sunday 29^th June 2025 (“Prize Draw Period”).

2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?

a) Participants must:

i. be residents of the United Kingdom;

ii. have a postal address in the United Kingdom;

iii. have a valid Instagram account; and

iv. be aged 18 or over.

b) The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c) By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

3. How does the Prize Draw work?

a) No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.

b) To enter the Prize Draw during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

i. Follow @radleylondon (www.instagram.com/radleylondon) and @gunanaskincare (https://www.instagram.com/gunanaskincare/ )Instagram;

ii. Like the Summer Holiday Bundle Instagram post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (“Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and

iii. Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post with an answer to “where you’d

take your Radley holiday bundle?”,

(together an “Entry”).

c) Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once (as set out in clause 3(b) above). Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.

d) All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

e) On Monday 30^th June, 1 winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.

f) The winner will be notified on Tuesday 1^st July via Instagram DM to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).

g) The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 5 working days of the Notification (“Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with this clause 3(g) will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

h) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

i) If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

a) There will be one (1) winner in total.

b) The winner will receive:

i. £500 Airbnb voucher;

ii. 5 x Gun Ana products, including:

(1) UV Body Mist SPF 50;

(2) UV Stick SPF 50;

(3) Face Cream SPF 30;

(4) Reset Cleansing Balm;

(5) Body Repair Serum;

iii. 1 x Radley handbag chosen by the winner and up to the value of £300;

iv. 1 x Radley suitcase chosen by the winner and up to the value of £200;

v. 1 x Radley sunglasses chosen by the winner and up to the value of £70; and

vi. 1 x The Rathbone Large Flapover Travel Wallet (SKU: 110791),

(together the “Prize”).

c) Radley will send the £500 Airbnb voucher to the winner’s email address provided as part of the Notification message. The winner’s use of the voucher will be subject to Airbnb’s UK Gift Card terms and conditions athttps://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/3103.

d) The winner will be required to create an account with Airbnb in order to redeem the Airbnb voucher.

e) The winner’s choice of handbags, suitcases and sunglasses is subject to stock availability online and, in the case of the handbags, cannot be redeemed on Radley’s Picture Bag range.

f) Radley will be responsible for shipping the Prize to the winner.

g) Any other expense outside of those specified in the Prize details will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

h) The Prize is subject to availability.

i) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

5. General

a) Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non­compliance with these Terms.

b) Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.

c) If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

d) Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/).

e) By claiming the Prize in accordance with clause 3(g), you consent to Radley sharing your personal details with Airbnb for the purpose of administering the Prize. Any personal information shared with Airbnb will be processed in accordance with its privacy policy at https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/3175.

f) The winner’s surname and county will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.

g) The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

h) Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant prize draw page at www.radley.co.uk.

g) The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 7 days of the Notification (“Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

h) The winner will receive the Prize within 14 days of the date they provide Radley with the information as set out in paragraph 3(g).

i) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

j) If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

f) The winner will be notified on Monday 24^th February 2025 via Instagram direct message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).

g) The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 7 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

h) The winner will receive the Radley Product and will be signed up for the Subscription within 30 days of the date they provide Radley with the information as set out in paragraph 3(g).

i) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

j) If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

d) Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Product to the winner.

e) Radley will not be liable to pay for any renewals of the Subscription past the initial 12-month subscription term.

c) The Prize Draw will run from 8:00am (GMT) 20^th January 2025 until 23:59pm (GMT) 23^rd January 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

2. Who can enter the Prize Draw?

a) Participants must

i. have a valid Instagram account;

ii. be a resident of the UK with a UK postal address; and

iii. be aged 18 or over.

b) This Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c) By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

3. How does the Prize Draw Work?

a) No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.

b) To enter the Prize Draw on Instagram (www.instagram.com/radleylondon), participants must:

i. Follow @radleylondon on Instagram;

ii. Like the ‘Banish Blue Monday Instagram post’ setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and

iii. Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post with an answer to “Tell us what you're reading this year”,

(together an “Entry”).

c) Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once via Instagram (as set out in 3(b) above). Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once on one platform, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.

d) All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

i. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

ii. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

e) On Monday 27^th January 2025, 1 winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.

f) The winner will be notified on Monday 27^th January 2025 via Instagram DM to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).

g) The Prize must be claimed by replying to Radley via Instagram within 7 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

h) The winners will receive the Prize within 30 days of the date they provide Radley with the information as set out in paragraph 3(g).

i) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

j) If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

a) There will be 1 winner of this Prize Draw.

b) The winner will receive:

i. 1 x Radley bag of their choice from www.radley.co.uk (up to the value of £300) (the “Radley Bag”); and

ii. 12 x books selected by the Radley team, being:

c) The choice of Radley Bag is subject to availability online at www.radley.co.uk.

d) Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Prize to the winner. Any other expenses outside of those specified in this clause 4 will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

e) Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

5. General

a) Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

b) Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.

c) Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/).

d) The winner’s surname and county will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.

e) The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

f) Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.radley.co.uk.

g) With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of entering the Prize Draw, accepting or using the Prize.

h) This Prize Draw is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with Instagram and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not Instagram.
