Terms & Conditions for the Blue Monday Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) 

  1. Introduction 

  • The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at 3rd Floor, 33 Cavendish Square, London, England, W1G 0PW. 

  • By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw. 

  • The Prize Draw starts at 09:00 (GMT) Monday 19th January 2026 and ends at 23:59 (GMT) Wednesday 21st January 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”). 

  1. Who can enter this Prize Draw? 

  • Participants must: 

  • be a resident of the United Kingdom;  

  • have a postal address in the United Kingdom; 

  • have a valid Instagram account; and 

  • be aged 18 or over.  

  • The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. 

  • By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information. 

  1. How does the Prize Draw work? 

  • No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.  

  • Follow @radleylondon on Instagram;  

  • Like the Radley ‘Blue Monday’ Instagram post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and 

  • Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post with an answer to “Which handbag style you would choose?” 

        (together an “Entry”). 

  • Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once (as set out in clause 3(b) above). Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.   

  • All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for: 

  • Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 

  • any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize. 

  • On Thursday 22nd January 2026, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.  

  • The winner will be notified on Thursday 22nd January 2026 via Instagram direct message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).    

  • The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within five (5) working days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.  

  • The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw. 

  • If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. 

What is the Prize? 

  • There will be one (1) winner in total. 

  • The winner will get to select one (1) Radley handbag from the following style selection: 

  • 1x The Christina in Dark Cherry (SKU 113044); or 

  • 1 x The Romilly in Black (SKU 112269); or  

  • 1x The Chancery in Black (SKU 112163) 

(the selected handbag being the “Prize”). 

  • Radley will be responsible for shipping the Prize to the winner. 

  • The Prize is subject to availability. 

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

  • The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

  • Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant prize draw page at www.radley.co.uk.  

  • With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize. 

  • This Prize Draw is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with Instagram, and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not Instagram.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, the Voucher will expire approximately twenty-four (24) months after delivery. Radley shall have no responsibility for the winner’s failure to redeem the Voucher before the expiry date.

  1. Like the ‘All Wrapped Up Week One’ Instagram post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and 

  1. Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post with an answer to “What is your must-have for the perfect night in?”.  

(together an “Entry”).  

  1. Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once (as set out in clause 3(b) above). Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.   

  1. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for: 

  1. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 

  1. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize. 

  1. On Monday 8th December 2025, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.  

  1. The winner will be notified on Monday 8th December 2025 via Instagram Direct Message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).    

  1. The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within five (5) working days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.  

  1. The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw. 

  1. If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.  

  1. What is the Prize? 

  1. There will be one (1) winner in total. 

  1. The winner will receive:

  1. 1x Radley London Candle Pine Needle (SKU 112879); and 

  1. 1 x Neom Bath Milk and Body Butter Set 

(together, the “Prize”). 

  1. Radley will be responsible for shipping the Prize to the winner. 

  1. The Prize is subject to availability. 

  1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion. 

 

  1. General 

  1. Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. 

  1. Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.  

  1. Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/).  

  1. The winner’s surname and county will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities. 

  1. The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

  1. Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant prize draw page at www.radley.co.uk.  

  1. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize. 

  1. This Prize Draw is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with Instagram or Neom, and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not Instagram or Neom.
