Social Terms and Conditions

Introduction 

The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at 3rd Floor, 33 Cavendish Square, London, England, W1G 0PW. 

By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw. 

The Prize Draw starts at 09:00 (GMT) Sunday 15th March 2026 and ends at 23:59 (GMT) Wednesday 18th March 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”). 

Who can enter this Prize Draw? 

Participants must: 

be a resident of the United Kingdom;  

have a postal address in the United Kingdom; 

have a valid Instagram account; and 

be aged 18 or over.  

The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. 

By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information. 

How does the Prize Draw work? 

No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.  

To enter the Prize Draw on Instagram, during the Prize Draw Period participants must: 

Follow @radleylondon (https://www.instagram.com/radleylondon/) and @restaries (https://www.instagram.com/restaries/) on Instagram and continue to do so until the end of the Prize Draw Period;  

Like the ‘Radley x Restaries’ Instagram post setting out the entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and 

Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post with an answer to “What is your favourite farm animal?”, 

Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once (as set out in clause 3(b) above). Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.   

All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for: 

Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 

any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a Prize. 

On Thursday 19th March 2026, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.  

The winner will be notified on Thursday 19th March 2026 via Instagram Direct Message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).    

The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within five (5) working days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.  

The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw. 

If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, Instagram’s terms of use or otherwise acts in a manner that affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. 

What is the Prize? 

There will be one (1) winner, who will receive: 

a two (2) day overnight stay for two (2) people at Restaries Paradise Farm (the “Stay”); and 

2x Radley handbags of their choice, one (1) handbag for themselves and one (1) handbag for their guest (“Radley Bags”); 

The choice of Radley Bags in clause 4(a)(ii) is subject to stock availability and excludes Radley’s Picture Bag range. 

The Stay: 

is for up to two (2) people; 

includes a basket of eggs; 

must be booked in advance and is only valid until Friday 19th March 2027; 

is only available for booking at either The Log Store or The Tack rooms, both of which have full kitchens for self-catering; 

is subject to availability and vacancies at Restaries and cannot be booked on weekends, UK bank holidays, and school holiday dates (including but not limited to 30th March 2026 - 12th April 2026, 25th May 2026 - 31st May 2026, 21st July 2026 - 3rd September 2026, 21st December 2026 - 3rd January 2027, 15th February 2027 - 21st February 2027); and 

is organised and run by Restaries and is subject to Restaries’ Terms and Conditions (https://www.restaries.com/terms-conditions). Any decisions regarding this Stay are at the sole discretion of Restaries. 

In order to book, the winner must contact Restaries through this email address stay@restaries.com. For the avoidance of doubt, the room for the Stay shall be allocated at the sole discretion of Restaries. 

The winner is responsible for informing Restaries of any dietary requirements or allergens.  

Entry to Restaries shall be at the sole discretion of Restaries. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules of Restaries at all times. Radley shall not be responsible for any decision by Restaries to deny entry to the winner and/or the winner’s guest.  

Any other expenses outside of those specified in the Prize details, including travel and food expenses, will be the sole responsibility of the winner. 

The Prize does not include: 

the cost of transportation to and from the Stay;  

the purchase of any additional items during the Stay; or  

any other costs in relation to the Stay, including but not limited to early or late check-in fees or service fees.  

Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Bags to the winner. 

The Prize is subject to availability. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion. 

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Prize is for personal use only and is not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused.  

General 

Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. 

Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.  

If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.  

Radley and Restaries will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policies available on their websites at www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/ and https://www.restaries.com/privacy-policy.  

The winner’s surname and county will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Notwithstanding any such objection or request, Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities or otherwise publish this and/or other information to the extent necessary to comply with these Terms and applicable legal requirements. 

The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.radley.co.uk.  

With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize, or otherwise relating to these Terms and/or the Prize Draw. Further, Radley is not responsible for any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of these Terms, administration of the Prize Draw, or announcement of the Prize. 

This Prize Draw is run by Radley in collaboration with Restaries and has no affiliation with Instagram. By entering, participants hereby release Instagram to the fullest extent permitted by law, from any and all claims, liabilities and damages. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not Instagram.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
