Today, as always, our top priority is the welfare of our colleagues – our business will always come second to those that maintain and support it. We are ever grateful for the commitment of all teams during this difficult time and in return we are committed to maintaining their safety and wellbeing.
We understand the concern for anyone working within our distribution centre, but please be reassured that we are following all government and British Retail Consortium (BRC) safety advice. This includes but is not limited to good hygiene practices, the staggering of rotas and non-contact ordering and delivery.
Radley London was among the first businesses to close retail stores and adopt and adhere strictly to social distancing practices, ahead of government advice. At present we have approximately 19 people working across two shifts of 9 or 10 within the warehouse, which is the size of a football pitch. We also asked each team member individually to decide whether they wished to continue working during this time and used this feedback to determine what to do operationally. The dialogue with all colleagues is ongoing and we will continue to monitor the situation.
At Radley London, we care about the wellbeing of our wonderful customers and colleagues first and foremost – this has always been the case, now more than ever as we face these challenging times together.

Take care of yourself and others, always.
