You don’t need to use any specific wording, complete a separate form, or provide proof. Once you’ve told us, we’ll aim to record this where possible (either in our customer service tool, Zendesk, or your Radley account) and apply this ongoing, so you don’t have to repeat yourself each time you contact us.
