I would have appreciated more protection of the handbag during transit. A polythene bag plus one layer of tissue paper around the body of the bag was not sufficient to prevent some minor creasing. I would have expected the bag to arrive in pristine condition, in a box for protection. | |

I contacted Radley by e mail via their website and asked if they could apply it to the order just sent but heard nothing in reply. When the order arrived I had been charged full price! I would like some sort of explanation....... Product : Lovely bag but would be even lovelier if it had been discounted! |

Product : Bit disappointed in the quality of the shoulder strap - there are a couple of areas on the edge that are not smooth - like the stitching is going to come through the finished leather? I nearly bought this handbag from a shop but they too had a faulty shoulder strap which is being returned. So I really like the handbag but was a bit disappointed with the quality of the shoulder strap - I'm monitoring how it goes and will return if I feel it deteriorates. Its my first Radley so was a little upset. |
