19-Nov-2012 Service: Product: Service rating : I have ordered twice and my order was received in Mackay Queensland Australia within a week. It can take longer than that for something to come to me from Sydney or Melbourne in Australia.

Royal Mail/Parcelforce are 100% better! I'm really sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience with our Parcel Carriers, and for the disappointment that would have undoubtedly been caused by your item not arriving in time for Christmas.
