Service rating : I put in my order and then got a confirmation email about it. I then waited for an email to say that my order had been dispatched. After four days i emailed customer care to find out the status of my order. I received an email but it did not really give me the type of information I needed i.e was the delay in my order due to the item I had ordered been out of stock. Fortunately it is being delivered in time otherwise I would have to cancel it. Sorry I can't rate the product because I have not received it yet. But having said all that, I love Radley products. Product : I am sure it will be but cannot really rate it as I have not received it yet. |
