It was fine - the goods were delivered on time but they were delivered in a plastic bag! What happened to the boxes with Radley tissue paper that we used to get? There is no incentive to shop direct if we could get the same service from ebay - very dissapointing and even going through a cash back site it takes over a year to get any payment. Come on Radley I am a loyal fan but I am grossly disappointed this time |

Disappointed not to receive email advising when order was being despatched and it tok more than 24 hours to respond to my telephone call. Also vbery disappointed that this is the second time I have ordered online and not received the free limited edition gift. |

I registered with the site and placed an order. I got no confirmation other then i got promotional emails. I rang Radley over 2 days choosing option 1 from the voice menu (customer support) which just ring forever. Option 2 (anything else) worked! My order was placed and delivered but my wife ordere... I rang Radley over 2 days choosing option 1 from the voice menu (customer support) which just ring forever. Option 2 (anything else) worked! My order was placed and delivered but my wife ordered another as we were at a loss to know if mine was successful. Radley eventually replied to an email saying computer problems, lost me on the system! |
