Realised this late on Friday but unable to contact customer services as it was past 5.30pm. Had to travel 30 miles to Trafford centre to swap purse at radley shop in order to sort mistake before Christmas. Very disappointed. |

Service rating : When I ordered on line the payment went through with gift wrap which I didnt want. The only way I can think this happened was I originally asked for this to see the price and then returned a day later and ordered it. I called straight away but it was Sunday so office not opened and emailed. I didnt hear back so Tuesday afternoon I spent ages trying to get through but gave up in the end. Parcel arrived Weds and I got a Voicemail saying you wouldnt refund as not company policy? Opened parcel and not gift wrapped anyway? Called again (took ages) and you then agreed to refund £5, the cost of calling might cover that and I still havnt received it. Product : This purse was a gift, to me it seems a bit flimsy. |
