This is the first time that I have ordered online, I was impressed by the service especially the text updates telling me when my parccel would be delivered. Product : This is a replacement radley pocket bag for my mum as she has spilt something on her first one. She was disappointed that the latest version doesn't have a mobile phone pocket on the strap but we will ordered it anyway as the bag is excellent overall. When the bag arrived I noticed that it had a mobile phone pocket within the front flap was a pleasant surprise, I didn't notice this on the details when I ordered it - may be worth adding if it isn't currently stated. |

Service rating : Call center was difficult to access - no one appeared to be answering calls at approximately 11am GMT on a working day and the line was ringing out. Finally got through to a person on the 5th attempt. Person who did eventually answer was very abrupt. Dispatch time is a bit longer compared to other e-tailers (ordered item on Wednesday morning, item wasn't dispatched until Monday evening). My Account page did not update with my order information even though I registered at the time of my order. It still has not updated with my order information. Customer service did not address this problem when I raised it in an email on 26 Nov 2012. Courier service (DPD) is adequate, although DPD tracking detail is not as good as DHL tracking detail. Product : Very nice product. |
