Product : I love this bag-unlike other across the body bags, this bag has a long strap, which I need as I am 5'10, and other cheaper bags are shorter and look ridiculous. |

Service rating : Rang something in the region of 7 times, and every time the phone was answered, and put straight down. Then emailed approx 10-30 and someone rang me back in the afternoon. Product : awaiting delivery should be today Friday 7/12/12 |

Service rating : Cannot fault the products, good quality (the price reflects that). Missed the delivery slot as DPD dont dleiver early or late enough to match my work times. Collected from local depot in end, as dont see why have to pay extra to have items delivered that I have already paid for. Product : Good size, nice leather - well packaged, has new style fixings with metal scotty dog so more robust than previous versions |
