Very disappointing as it was a Christmas present, I will not be using the website again, unfortunate as I really like radley products. Product : Lovely product but due to above mistake I will not be ordering more and am awaiting a refund |

2 points of criticism, firstly i requested next day delivery and waited in all day friday for it and at 1900hrs on friday, i recieved a text saying delivery would be on the following monday! You could have made clear about next day delivery's need to be ordered before 1200hrs and that i need not hav...
