Terrible customer service, part of my order was cancelled without I forming me so my purse did not arrive with my bag. When I queried I was sent to a store with stock to organise myself. Would never buy from them again |

Service rating : My bag reached the store quickly and I was able to pick it up with very little fuss. Product : I love the integral key chain that has been brought back. I also like having an exterior zipped pocket which is more secure than the open slip pockets that you normally get.... although harder to get my travelcard out of in a hurry! I boufht this bag specifcally for the across the body strap as I can't push a double buggy and gold onto a shoulder bag. However for where the strap attaches I think that the should strap is a bit short even with the buckle in the first holes. |
