I understand the website had just been redesigned/updated - but it was terribly slow and I didn't receive order confirmation for around 30 mins. I had doubts that my order was even successful!. |

The new website is appauling, gave errors, was unable to place order, never received reply to e-mail feedback form completed and when I telephoned two people I spoke to where completely useless, I worked out myself that the error (Error !) was due to my address not being correctly formatted. |
