Was sent the wrong size of slippers. Other online companies like Fatface immediately send out the correct item if they have made a mistake and refund you when you send original item back. I had to send them back and am still waiting for their replacement. They were meant for a birthday present. Als... Read More. Was sent the wrong size of slippers. Other online companies like Fatface immediately send out the correct item if they have made a mistake and refund you when you send original item back. I had to send them back and am still waiting for their replacement. They were meant for a birthday present. Also, I wanted a diary but it was out of stock. I sent an email asking when it would be back in so I could order everything together, paying only 1 delivery charge. Was sent a terse email, saying that you didn't give out that kind of information. I ordered without it, only to see it come back into stock the following day. Quite annoyed and just went and bought it direct from House of Fraser. |

The new website is appauling, gave errors, was unable to place order, never received reply to e-mail feedback form completed and when I telephoned two people I spoke to where completely useless, I worked out myself that the error (Error !) was due to my address not being correctly formatted. |
