The bag I ordered was not the bag I received I ordered Melody that measured 35cm wide and received one that was over 50cm wide. The bag I ordered was not the bag I received I ordered Melody that measured 35cm wide and received one that was over 50cm wide. I returned the bag the same day I received it but have not yet had either a refund or the right size bag sent to me. I did order again the right size bag the same day that I received the wrong size bag but have heard nothing from Radley. As this is a present for my daughters birthday I am now getting worried that the right sized bag will not arrive in time. |

Service from Radley was excellent however the delivery service was very bad I tried to use the tracking online however not correctly updated, I would receive text messages to say it will be delivered in hour time slot only for it not to arrive on two occasions. | |
