Service rating : I have a complaint about the delivery service. I was meant to receive these items on Monday 31st December according to the courier service you use. I was in all day and they said they would deliver these items between 2pm-3pm. When it was 4.45pm I checked online to find out what had happened to the delivery through tracking the package on the courier's website. It said that the driver had made an attempt to deliver but there was no one in so he'd taken the package back! Not only did he lie that he had attempted to deliver because I would have heard him knock on the door and so would the three other people in our flat but also he never left a calling card as proof that he'd called! I quickly wrote to complain on the courier's website about this disception and they responded 2 days later with an apology and said that action would be taken to deal with the lying delivery man. I've not had an explaination as to why he done this and the package turned up on the 2nd January. Product : Nice, well made! I would not buy this a full price (far to expensive for what it is) but I do love it, thanks! |

Would be helpful if you could specify delivery dates, but guess that'd cost more. Product : Was brought as a present and seemed to be gratefully recieved. |

Excellent very efficient service. The goods arrived the day after the order was placed although I only paid for standard delivery and there had been a heavy snowfall overnight! I was very happy with my purchases. | |
