I was disappointed that I didn't receive any kind of confirmation that my order had been received. I also couldn't log in to the radley account that I created as ordering to check. This made me think that I had not completed the order and so I put it through again... Now I have two! I will now have ... Read More. I was disappointed that I didn't receive any kind of confirmation that my order had been received. I also couldn't log in to the radley account that I created as ordering to check. This made me think that I had not completed the order and so I put it through again... Now I have two! I will now have the hassle of having to return the second one. I think you need to improve this by sending an automatic email to confirm the order to your customers at time of purchase. |

I was very disappointed to receive the attached email after I ordered the previous day. The email contained the items I ordered at substantially reduced prices. I was tempted to return the items I purchased. It would be easier you just send me the appropriate credit.

Service rating : paid for next and it arrived next day very impressed. Product : sizing is for the whole bag not the sleeve inside. My laptop fits in the bag but not into he padded sleeve. Would be handy to put what size laptop this bag can hold. |
