There was a bit of confusion over delivery (no fault, just coincidence that I had another delivery coming on the same van) and I called to speak to someone to check I had not missed delivery. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable and got to the bottom of things. | |

Service rating : The delivery is good but I paid £5 extra for gift wrap and it just came in a box and the message card had faded writing Product : There are a few peaces of threading sticking out which make it look tatty |
