I understand the website had just been redesigned/updated - but it was terribly slow and I didn't receive order confirmation for around 30 mins. I had doubts that my order was even successful!. |

Service rating : Service ok but no email confirmation -arrived fairly quickly. Product : This wasn't the product I expected at all so I returned - no box for item either? Not usual Radley standard. Not worth the money either. |

Service rating : The item I ordered (iphone case) is not nig enough for my iphone 5! But the producr description does not state it is only for certain generations...
I have emailed Radley but am still awaiting a reply. Product : I love the design of the product but it doesnt fit my iphone. |
