Service rating : I got non confirmation of my order, which seems to be usual practice when ordering online. The product arrived promptly. Product : I was distinctly disappointed. To start with, I had thought that the leather case would be all-enclosing, which is not the case; in view of this, I find the product extemely expensive, and not very useful. The mirror is not even a magnifying mirror, and, as it is so small, I wonder if it will be any use at all. At any rate, it will probably soon be dirty, given it is not fully protected. This is first Radley product I have purchased, and may well be the last! I shall now be offering a gift which I had been looking for, on and off, for a year or so, and which by no means lives up to expectations. |

Having ordered early very disappointed not to receive the bag I ordered. Got an email 3 days later to say no stock!!! |
