I was disappointed ay first as I had ordered my product and never received a confirmation e-mail. I left this a couple if days and then contacted Radley via e-mail. They were exceptionally quick to respond and told me thre was a payment error. I knew there was money in my account an can only assu... Read More. I was disappointed ay first as I had ordered my product and never received a confirmation e-mail. I left this a couple if days and then contacted Radley via e-mail. They were exceptionally quick to respond and told me thre was a payment error. I knew there was money in my account an can only assume I mistyped some card details. However I would have appreciated it if Radley had contacted me to let ne know this. I was impressed with the efficient reply and re-ordered the product successfully. | |

The customer service is poor, ended up with order twice! So been charged twice needing to wait for money to be refunded £98 is alot of money to be out of pocket near Christmas!! Products excellent customer service appauling |
