These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.

Transactions

Placing an Order

Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  • Shop our website by browsing through our product range
  • Click on the image to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing, colour options and availability.
  • Add an item to your shopping basket by clicking the "Add to shopping basket" button on the product page
  • Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item.
  • You can continue shopping by selecting the "Continue Shopping" button
  • You can also view the items in your basket whilst you continue shopping, by clicking on the "Shopping Basket" option at the top of the homepage
  • Please be advised that placing an item in your basket does not secure it for you and it can still be purchased by another customer. We therefore suggest that you complete your order as soon as possible
  • Complete your order by selecting "Checkout" and then follow the steps.

Amending your order

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Submit Order’ on the Payment Page of our ordering process.

Unfortunately we are unable to amend/change orders once they have been submitted. Therefore if you are unhappy with your order details you will be required to cancel your original order and place a new order with the correct details. You may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you'll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or cancel the order).

Stock Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Delivery Charge

Delivery charge of £5 is applied to all orders. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable unless the item/s are faulty.

Payment

Credit Card payment is taken when the ‘Submit Order’ button is clicked on the Payment page.

The description of the goods, services, price, currency, VAT and delivery costs are set out on the order page.  Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted once credit card authorisation has been confirmed, the order reflects current pricing, stock levels have been checked or in the case of services we can offer the service you require.   

Acknowledgment and Dispatch/Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Radley reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. You will be notified of the dispatch of your order by email with the courier details. Notification of dispatch constitutes acceptance of your order. Acceptance of all orders is subject to credit checks and Radley reserve the right to cancel any order which does not comply with these regulations.

Purchases made on our website are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. Radley reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

Delivery and Warranty Arrangements

We deliver to all addresses in the UK, with the exception of the Channel Islands.We regret we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or other overseas addresses.

All orders will despatched within two working days subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.

We warrant to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description as shown on our website. We will not have any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to the goods after delivery. A signature and confirmation of receipt constitutes completion of delivery.

Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes and British Forces Post Offices.

Your order from the official Radley online store will be delivered to you in one of our special delivery boxes wrapped in exclusive Radley tissue paper. Please note that smaller items may be shipped in a Radley jiffy bag.

Delays

Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons out of our control such as import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed. Orders which have a different billing and shipping address may also be subject to delays whilst we perform additional credit check.

Radley will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by customer is incorrect or inadequate.

Cancellation Rights

You have a right to cancel an order within 7 working days, from date of order, in which to cancel your order. Cancellation must be confirmed to us in writing.

In an event that your order has been despatched, you must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We recommend that all goods returned to us are sent by insured delivery. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges. No refund or replacement of any payments made in relation to the goods returned will be made until they are back in our possession.

Refunds

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the goods are back in our possession. A refund will be issued within 15 working days once submitted to Accounts department. This may be subject to delays during busy periods.

The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.

Please note that it could take further 7-10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement depenedning on the card issuer.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Radley. You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose.

This Site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.

Accuracy of Content

Radley has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Radley disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Radley shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Damage to your Computer

Radley makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Radley shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Password / Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Radley shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

Indemnity

Exclusions of Liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Radley or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
