Delivery Options

We offer a standard shipping charge of £5.00 regardless of the number of products ordered or the parcel size. We aim to despatch your order within 48 working hours, payment verification and stock permitting. We anticipate it will take 3 to 5 working days for your order to reach you via Parcel Force from the time you place it.

We deliver to all addresses in the UK, with the exception of the Channel Islands. We regret we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or other overseas addresses.

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return a Radley item purchased anywhere other than this website, you should return the item to the place of original purchase.

We hope that your order will be just what you want. However, if you change your mind about any products in your order you can return them for any reason within 28 days for an exchange or refund.

Returns Procedure

  • Please complete the returns card in your parcel, noting why you are returning your products and if you would like an exchange or refund.
  • Put the product (unused and in its original packaging including the dog tag, dust bag and labels etc) inside the box and send to:

  • You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
  • When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
  • If you request an exchange we will contact you by telephone to refund the original order and action the exchange. This will involve placing a new order and taking payment details from you again. Shipping will not be payable on the exchange order.
  • Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable for exchanges and refunds.

Damaged / Faulty Goods:

If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them please follow this procedure:

  • Call our customer services team on 08450 707080 or email onlinestore@radley.co.uk who will advise you how to return the product to us.
  • If you request a refund or exchange due to faulty goods, we will assess the faulty products. If appropriate we will refund you the value of the product and the original delivery charge, or action an exchange for which you will not be charged additional postage.

If your goods become faulty over time:

Radley + Co products are made to the highest standards, with rigorous quality control checks made throughout the manufacturing process. Please be aware that leather is a natural product and a level of marking on the hide is to be expected. We consider this an important aspect of each Radley product’s individuality.

Where products do not perform to expected quality standards we offer the following guarantees:

  • Handbags and Small Leather Goods: 1 year from date of purchase
  • Luggage Items: 2 years from date of purchase

This guarantee covers faults caused by manufacturing or the material used. It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. If a problem develops with a product during regular use, please contact our Customer Services Team on 08450 707080, 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday or email onlinestore@radley.co.uk.
