The delivery through DPD was poor. Twice they tried to deliver to the wrong address. They kept in touch by text but no telephone number was provided to contact the depot. Ultimately I had to go to the 'local' DPD depot, some 20 miles away, to collect. |
I'm really sorry to hear about the problems that you had with the delivery of your items.

Whilst purchasing from the website was easy, delivery was abysmal - paid extra for named day but was contacted on the evening of the named day to say delivery would be three days later.
