Service rating : had an awful experience with customer services on the phone. person didn't introduce herself, kept saying: Al right?. Couldn't locate my order number and repeating that someone will call me back but couldn't tell who that'll be. Never received a call back. Had to phone at least 4 times same line to be told exactly the same. She's sounded unprofessional, rude and I felt as customer as unwanted person on the phone. Always thought Radley is a big Company with great reputation according to all my friends but my experiance was completely opposite. I wouldn't recommend Radley to any of my friends. Product : ladies wallet itself is fantastic product. Can't complain about that. |

Service rating : At half ful price in the sale it counts as a bargain for Radley handbags Product : My wife says plenty of sections, pockets etc. Much better than having one large space, easier to find things. |

Service rating : Absolutely wonderful. Website easy to navigate and order. Good photographs and descriptions of products. Product : This was bought as a gift so I'm not sure what to say - except packaging first class and the product came exactly when Radley said it would. I'm now a fan! |
