Service rating : I base my poor rating on the fact that the gloves are clearly mis-sized (ie. child sized hands require a large) and that Radley will not provide an exchange service. Product : I am a small lady and often buy children's gloves, so I ordered ladies medium gloves thinking they would be quite roomy. I could only get my four fingers into the gloves. I see that all the large gloves have sold out, which clearly indicates that an average size hand (or smaller) requires a large glove. |
