Delivery times need to be clearer on website. I ordered for next day delivery and it was not clear that I needed to order by 12pm to be eligible for this. I would not have paid the extra had I known this. Maybe the option should not be available if after 12pm or should indicate too late for next day... Read More. Service rating : The delivery service is excellent however the packaging and customer service were poor. I bought a BUrnt Ork and a Camden on the same week. Service rating : The delivery service is excellent however the packaging and customer service were poor. I bought a BUrnt Ork and a Camden on the same week. The first package arrived with a scratch on the plastic bag which left a dent on the bag surface and fortunately it disappeared after I massage the surface. My second bag was packed in a plastic bag again and this time the Camden bag surface has a small scratch. Nevertheless the bag is so adorable and I love it. I contacted the online service 3 times regarding if they still have the same product in stock before I return mine they did not reply. I called the telephone number 3 times and it did ring but no one pick up the phone. Finally I decided to keep the bag as I really like it despite the small scratch . Overall, I would prefer to buy radley bag in the store instead of online due to poor packaging. It would be reasonable to expect your expensive goods to pack in a box. Product : Simple, stylish and adorable! |

Service rating : Very fast delivery and I only paid for standard postage. Product : Beautiful bag, with subtle decorative styling and good leather. Slight quibble is that the zip is a little stiff. |
