Product : Very please with this bag as why wife is only 5ft 2 and she said that some shoulder bags are to long this bag is perfect measured against one of her bags that is the right length , I'm sue when she opens Christmas Day she will be happy.

Product : It is a little difficult to alter the length of the strap as it is a bit stiff but I am sure it will loosen with use. I love the bag.
