Service rating : The bag cost £149.00, I had a voucher for £25 this made the cost £124.01, I'm not sure where the penny came from. Product : My new bag was only delivered yesterday and it's a Christmas present from my husband so not allowed to use it yet. This bag has a detachable shoulder strap which is really useful. My previous ones are fixed. The tan colour is lovely although is darker than appears on the website. A nice size big enough without being too large. |

Service rating : Radley have always given good service Product : Bag is a good size and holds all I need but I wish the zip opened a bit further, it would make access so much easier for cheque book, diary and glasses. |

The Courier DPD being used by Radley is very poor. Despiite initial procative texts from courier about the delivery time window. it never came. It was then delivered without notice the following day. When escalated to Radlet customer Service was advised that courier had 'upgraded' me for a saturday ... Read More. The Courier DPD being used by Radley is very poor. When escalated to Radlet customer Service was advised that courier had 'upgraded' me for a saturday delivery.....I feel really special to be 'upgraded' on the back end of having to wait in the day before when it should have been delivered. |

Service rating : One proudct not available and was not asked to select a susbsitute, if I wanted one. Product : Nice bag but I always find that the straps are too long across body even though I put them on smallest. I am very short but it should be more adaptable |

Service rating : Easy ordering process, shame about the delivery (courier never showed up) so ultimately had a hassle getting the goods. Product : Item is very well made and the recipient (mum) was made up with it. |
