Service rating : Please read comment below first. Not having any success instore with this bag I ordered it online on Saturday (thinking it would be delivered Tuesday). I had a txt saying it would be delivered on the afternoon between 3.3-4.30 on Tuesday. I stayed at work waiting for the delivery until 6pm! It did not arrive!! Wednesday morning it was delivered but unfortunatley I was not at work. I then rang Customer Serices and explained my experience of Radley, both in a store and online - hardly impressive. I have to say that the member of staff who took my call and the manager who rang me back were very apologetic. I am currently waiting for a refund on the delivery charge and received a couple of very small gifts in compensation. Overall I am very disappointed as I was going to purchase a watch in the shop at the sametime as the bag - I took my business to another shop. Product : I did try to purchase this item in the Bluewater Store but unfortunately noticed that the bag had a fault on the front. There was not another in store so asked if the assistant could find out if it could be purchased in another store or online. The assistant was distantly uninterested and said that she could not help! |
