Service rating : Beautiful product, very well packaged but mid afternoon and order had not arrived so tracked package online only to find that delivery company had put online that my package had been delivered and "in shed as requested". Nothing had been requested by me for delivery, driver had went to wrong house and made up a story to cover himself. After umpteen phone calls to company the driver phoned me to say he had left it at the wrong house. I waited until the owner of the house came home and collected my item, eventually. So not happy with your choice of courier. Product : Product very well made as always. Thank you. |

Had to phone shop to see if bag had been delivered yes it was awaiting collection but no one had phoned me!!! |
