Expected much better when paying so much for the product and it is a large and reputable company. Very disappointed, will not order from them again. |

Service rating : Whilst i have many Radley bags and accessories, this order was my first online order. What a dissapointment! Dreadful customer service and emails dont even get a responce..No compensation offered and you'd expect such a renowed company to take pride in customer satisfaction but sadly not in my case. Having to email from my hospital bed was so frustruating. Spent close to £300 and i got more restitution from M&P when i had only spent £50...Will not order online again! Product : Please clarify hearder "baker street", not sure if i am,meant to comment on bag which i am happy with or mirror or purse? Mirror is good but pricey again for what it is and wallet is awful...no card compartments...everything falls out n magnet is too high |
