Service rating : Whilst i have many Radley bags and accessories, this order was my first online order. What a dissapointment! Dreadful customer service and emails dont even get a responce..No compensation offered and you'd expect such a renowed company to take pride in customer satisfaction but sadly not in my case. Having to email from my hospital bed was so frustruating. Spent close to £300 and i got more restitution from M&P when i had only spent £50...Will not order online again! Product : Wallet is awful...magnet too high, no card compartments should be described as a make up purse Please edit more clearly the hearder as i only have "baker street" for the 3 baker street items i ordered? |

Contacted them by email and phone on numerous occasions over the space of one week - no response. I eventually wrote a letter to them - have now received six telephone calls giving me varying information - not impressed! |
