Radley sent email that goods had been dispatched with tracking link.
There was no tracking link and the goods had not at that time been dispatched. Sent email to them - replied after goods were delivered. |

when I purchased my first Radley Bag it was packed in a box and wrapped in tissue paper and a bag.
Now the packing is terrible my lastest bag was very poorly wrapped and delivered in a plastic bag. The bags are not cheap, please do something about it! |
